Formatting: Use Arial Black, font size 12, and export the final document as a PDF.

Mandatory: Writing an abstract is compulsory for everyone contributing to the conference with a poster or a talk.
Talks

Duration: Present your research in 15 minutes. Aim to keep the audience engaged and ensure the content is accessible to all.

Q&A: 5 minutes will be dedicated to discussion and comments.

Posters
-
Format: Maximum size allowed: A0 (vertical/portrait). Large boards will be provided to accommodate your work.

Sessions: Poster sessions will last 1 hour, providing ample time for explanation and discussion with other scientists.

Logistics: Please print your poster before the conference and bring it with you on [Inserire data]. All posters will be hung at the beginning of the event.

Online Sharing & Privacy: * To allow for further discussion outside of the official sessions, we offer the possibility to upload your poster online.

Posters will be shared with other participants via the MAX (MPG) shared folder system.

Important: This is optional. Your poster will only be uploaded and shared if you provide explicit authorization during the submission process.

Keynote Sessions

Duration: Keynote speakers will give a 30-minute presentation, followed by 15 minutes for questions and answers.
